A very fine S.A. army in 7.5in. barrel.  desirable .45 cal. this  gun is beautifully engraved in the New York style with a fantastic set of Mexican eagle ivory grips. eagles on both sides of grip. ser# 93xxx shipped to J.P. Moore New York in 1883. very fine bore. The action is as new.   I strongly believe this gun was silver plated. the in side of the loading gate is pitch black which silver does. Also there are traces of god wash on the hammer. this is very high grade period engraving. a beauty of a old west pistol.

Temporarily removed pending research of new information just recieved.

An 1861 Navy, Ser 18806 and 62 Navy Ser 11585. These guns retain about 70% original blue with maybe 15% case colors. The grips are in very fine shape & the actions are tight. They are cased in an original period - dealer typr case, which is also in very fine condition. All the accoutrements are present. A nice early cased set.

A very nice merwyn & hulbert single action in 44-40 . instead of the usual merwyn punch dot engraving this is both punch dot and floral engraved. the gun has been lightly cleaned at one time but not much.the left side has a charging buffalo engraves & the right side a partridge. very good bore. no pitting on metal. the ivories are beautiful with a very raised steerhead. the grips are not as old as the gun but there is definate age showing. probably 1890-1910. ser# 16xxx.

$5,950.00

Absolutley gorgeous S&W double action frontier in the original box. The gun is in 98% condition with just some darkining. The bore is mint unfired condition. Beautiful pearl  grips.

Colt 3rd Model Dragoon Serial # 15XXX  Description:   This Dragoon is one of the most honest original Colts I have seen in a long time.  It is untouched and never altered in any way.  All numbers match including the wedge and grips. It still shows some original blue in the protected areas and silver on the straps.  The metal is smooth with few nicks and no corrosion.  This Colt was just well taken care of over the last 150 years.  The bore is very good, mechanics are excellent, the screws are all original and the cylinder has a very nice scene on it.  You can still see the Indians and Solders on their horses in detail.   The back strap is inscribed F L Coles and it appears it is original to the gun on day one.  This is a very fine Dragoon.  Don’t let this one get by you.   Please look at all of the pictures and I will be glad to answer any questions and supply additional pictures for serious buyers.

An unfired Smith & Wessen No.3 model Russian. This gun was a victim of poor storage.  Most of the bright nickel still remains and the bore is mint, like I said it is unfirerd.  44  Russian Cal.

A very fine 1873 S.A.A. etched panel. 44-40 serial # 101xxx shipped in 1885. this is a partially refinished gun. the etched panel has been refreshed& the trigger guard re-blued. I believe the case hardening is original or a very old redo. the stag grips are very old & I am sure they were put on by the dealer. If this was in this original condition it would be a $15000.00 plus gun. The action is tight good bore, beautiful grips.

A true old west rig. this walked into a show in South Dakota. this rig really talks to you. this gun was shipped in 1876. ser# 15xxx. most S.A.'s in this ser# range went to the military. .45 cal I very strongly believe this was a gun carried by an Indian. the early native Americans were not caring about their weapons .the ivory grips are campfire carved with a image of a horse on both sides. And I don't know what the other design is supposed to represent. the gun is all matching #s. The gun shows hard use but functions quite well. It comes with the original Slim Jim holster and I believe a trade knife bowie also circa 1870,s. the man say's he has the belt somewhere and hopefully he will send it .the is blood pitting on the left side of the barrel & some on the left side of the frame.  a great old west rig.. the action is fine. all matching #'s

A very near mint 1st model colt new line ser#841 1st year production 1873. gun has 98% original nickel finish. Rosewood grips retain almost all the varnish a couple of minor rubs. The gun looks unfired 1st model new lines are somewhat scarce especially in this condition.

$1,800.00

A beautiful Smith & Wesson # 3 target, dealer engraved. 90-95% original blue with nice grips & minty bore. Serial# 6964 from 1894 production. A beautiful gun.

$8,500.00

A Colt Lightning with some history. this gun belonged to a Sheriff Bill Salsman of Old Linn Creek, MO. On the original holster is a very old tag which you can make out the date 1898- 1902 I have checked with the county & the Salman's were quite prominent there. one was sheriff from 1877 to 1882. another was sheriff from 1914 until 1918. the court house said he was probably a deputy sheriff. I will continue to research this gun. the gun is in very fine condition with literally all the blue & case hardening all though the case is faded.

$3150.00

2nd model colt derringer. the favorite of ho's, hose bags, scum bags, & douche bags & a occasional nice guy like yourself. now this gun is totally devoid of serial #'s or colt markings. however I guarantee it is a colt. why the markings were removed remains a mystery. the neat part is that it was gold washed & still retains at least 80% of the very old gold wash. perfect  action. ex Herb Ratner collection.

$1,600.00

Here is a really top condition .38 caliber Colt New Line. 96% nickel remaining with perfect etched panel. 100% varnish remains on the grips, bright fire blue on the back of the hammer, great bore and perfect action.
